I flew to Detroit on the 6th, Twila met me at the airport and then drove me to the hotel. She along with Nicole then picked me up a bit later and we went to Max and Ermas for dinner and afterwards back to her house where I got a tour of thier home and visited with everyone including Bruce who had just got home.
On the 7th Bruce, Twila and Nicle picked me up and we went to The Original Pancake House and then we drove to Bronners Christmas Wonderland in Frankenmouth and then to the Outlet stores and back to Birmingham and then to Mitchell's Fish Market for dinner. After dinner we drove over to the Somerset Mall and then back to the hotel.
Sunday morning we drove out to see a Cider Mill and walk for a bit before driving to downtown Detroit. In Detroit we went to see Twila's office at the GM Renaissance Center, the took the People Mover and had lunch at Sweet Lorraine's Cafe and Bar. I helped them with some networking issues at home and we went out to Getcosi for dinner before heading back to the hotel to pack.
Monday morning Bruce picked me up enroute to the airport, I got on the plane and due to Chicago traffic our takeopff was delayed. I ran America Airlines from the tarmac and was able to get a flight an hour later. We ended up arriving in Chicago just in time for my luggage to make the original flight but not me and I caught the next one home.
